YogaHub Bristol offers both one-to-one and group classes for employees either at the company's place of work in Bristol & across the South West, or live online. The sessions are designed to meet the needs and abilities of the group or individual and will be tailored to be as active and fitness based or restorative as required. Each class will offer a balance of strength building (and a real workout for those that want it!) as well as deeper stretches and relaxation. There will be modifications offered throughout the classes to ensure that they are inclusive of all levels. There are a number of different pricing strategies available that include part or full subsidisation by the company, or employee funded. Depending on the number of attendees, I can offer group discounts. Additionally, if you were to have classes in more than one of your offices, there are discounts available here too. I am an experienced teacher and over the years I have seen people really benefiting from Yoga - not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Yoga has also been proven to increase well being, mental alertness, reduce stress and increase productivity among many other benefits.
