YogaJo is dedicated to promoting expanded consciousness, healing and growth in individuals from the global community. I love to help companies grow too. I do this by offering transformative yoga classes in a supportive and professional space that is fun, physically challenging, and contemplative, thereby creating a world-class experience. Be it in my space (studio), your space or at a booked venue. I am committed to creating a conscious community of individuals who freely choose nonviolence, personal accountability, compassion and loving kindness when responding to the joys and challenges of life through the practice of yoga and personal growth. YogaJo’s mission is to provide a serene, safe, and welcoming space where students can explore their own yoga, develop their very own personal yoga journey and self-transformation. I work to create peace in our world, communities and families by first creating peace within ourselves. A consistent yoga practice will leave students (employees) feeling rejuvenated and inspired; opening the doors to positive transformation; ultimately creating a calm and peaceful mind, an open and compassionate heart, and a strong feeling of self-acceptance. YogaJo offers varied teaching styles, and tones. With a menu of choices to choose from, allowing for a unique yoga experience every time. Through my individual growth and with a strong sense of community, I open my heart to the beauty that can be found in every day.
