Yokaz General Trading (Yokaz) is a distribution company currently focusing on luxury goods and gourmet foods. With a passion for providing the region with good food, Yokaz is currently focusing on long shelf-life items from Spain/Europe. Over the past year, Yokaz has secured the distribution rights of high-end gourmet olive oils that are used by renowned Michelin star chefs in their restaurants worldwide. Yokaz has also had the opportunity to work directly with organic olive farms and wineries that make high quality organic olive oil and balsamic vinegar ranked amongst the top oils and vinegars in the world. Yokaz works very closely with passionate land owners in Spain and source products not typically available in the region and works on the marketing and positioning of these products for the regional market. Yokaz also has the distribution rights for sea salts, stevia sweetened soft drinks, and table olives that were a result of research and site/farm visits.
