Embodying the lifelong bond between sisters Emma Ilori and Lucy Pull, Yoke is their way of extending genuine care and encouragement to our wider community, fostering a truly safe and nurturing environment. Our mission is to empower individuals to feel good in their bodies and connect with others, free from pressure and judgment. We offer a holistic schedule that flows with real life, from energising Reformer Pilates and Barre to restorative Sound Healing and Breathwork, along with a nourish bar. Here, progress is measured in moments of self-compassion, and our focus is always on embracing your perfectly imperfect self.
