Our services range from full management to individual services such as handling out of hours guest calls. We pride ourselves in taking care of our guests, ensuring a seamless experience from booking their stay to checking out. We look after even the smallest of details to make every guest feel welcome which is why we often find visitors rebooking with us time and time again. YorGuest was founded by local business entrepreneurs and property experts Steve Caryle and Hayley Cooke in 2019. Steve managed his own holiday lettings from 2011 and took on property management for others from 2013 onwards. Hayley has been managing properties and advising owners on property investment for years, both in Yorkshire and in London. Between them Steve and Hayley boast a wealth of knowledge and a determination to offer the best Yorkshire short stay experience. In May 2020 Lorraine Wilson, with years of experience in business and property lettings under her belt, joined YorGuest as ‘Operations Director’. Lorraine’s background, when not being highly recognised in York business awards, includes managing not only her personal serviced accommodation portfolio but building her own successful short let property management business. With Lorraine now on board, bringing the two companies together to build on the legacy that York offers as a popular short stay let destination
