About Yorktown Family Services

Yorktown Family Services' (YFS) mission is to "support and equip women, children, youth and families to create positive change in their lives". Our motto is "You have come to the right place". Based in Northwest Toronto, YFS is an accredited child and youth mental health centre. From our Infant, Child, Youth and Family Centre we provide individual and group programs. Our West Toronto Youth Hub, an integrated care facility, provides mental health services and programs for at-risk youth as well as connecting them to social services and primary health care through our Care Navigation Program. Our Violence Against Women (VAW) programs for women and children includes shelter and services to support clients transitioning to lives free of abuse.
