I believe that user research methodologies combined with usage measurements can generate valuable insights for new design solutions, simpler information architecture and higher conversion rate that leads to retention growth. When handling a large amount of information, I aim to get to that point where cold hard data collides and fused with meaningful visual appeal and evolves into a unique, immersive end user experience. I believe that by applying Human-Centered Design methodologies and by constantly collecting qualitative and quantitive data about users and usage within direct or multiple channels, could help us understand how the product or service will be consumed in the future.
