Youkeeps is an AI assistant for corporate teams that solves one of the most painful challenges in modern business: managing time and meetings. We are building a system that automatically: - schedules and reschedules both personal and group meetings, - takes into account priorities, time zones, and dependencies between meetings, - prevents the “domino effect,” where a single unscheduled meeting, - triggers cascading reschedules and missed deadlines, - helps save up to 6–8 hours of working time per employee every week. Youkeeps is deeply integrated into the Microsoft and Google ecosystems, supporting Outlook, Teams, Slack, Telegram, and other corporate communication channels. We have passed certification and successfully published our app in Microsoft AppSource, completing the full cycle of architecture, security, legal, and technical compliance checks. 🎯 Our goal is to build a universal next-generation AI concierge that becomes the standard for time management, communication, and logistics within corporations.
