YouMail Protective Services™ (YouMail PS) is the B2B services division of YouMail, Inc., the leading provider of solutions that protect consumers and small to medium sized businesses from unwanted and potentially harmful robocalls. YouMail PS works with enterprise to protect business identity through solutions that identify, mitigate, and deter communications that threaten brand reputation and consumer trust. YouMail PS works with communication service providers to support regulatory mandates, state and federal laws as well as protect network operator infrastructure and customers. YouMail PS data is sourced primarily through YouMail’s proprietary Sensor Network, which is enabled via the YouMail‘s smartphone-based app that provides secondary call treatment (voicemail) protecting millions of registered U.S. consumer accounts against unwanted communications. YouMail PS engages in real-time data collection from the Sensor Network with processing methods that leverage artificial intelligence and content analytics to identify robocall audio while preserving the privacy of legitimate communications. YouMail augments AI with human intelligence to discriminate legal versus unlawful robocalls and to categorize and score the latter. YouMail utilizes patented audio fingerprinting and machine learning to identify previously detected and/or similar robocall campaigns.
