YouMon is a mobile application for Android and IOS. This platform is FREE for parents and youth athletes themselves and allows them to track training schedules, monitor load, log injuries and keep track of their physical development, growth rate and maturation level. **It also allows parents and athletes to communicate with coaches safely with no mobile numbers or open forms of communication between the youth and coach exchanged** Coaches/Clubs/Schools subscribe to set up teams and view their players’ data in order to advise training plans and coaching sessions with the ultimate goal of combating youth player burnout and prevent load and growth related injuries. Coaches can also prescribe sessions to their athletes’ calendars and track attendance.
