Treatment involves up to date rehabilitation advice, along with a hands-on treatment, to work out all those sore spots. We can help with a wide variety of painful problems. Including, but not exclusive to: → Sports injuries → Painful feet, ankles, knees, hips, elbows, hands, shoulders, necks, and backs. → Tendon or joint pain → Arthritis management → Muscle strains → Headache Osteopaths have a wide range of manual treatment techniques. Which allows us to utilize the techniques that people are comfortable with. For example, if someone doesn’t like joint manipulation or dry needling, then we'll get them feeling better using other techniques that they are comfortable with. Like massage and stretching, or with a focus on self-management and rehabilitation.
