About the President/CEO: Catina Harwell-Young has worked in the non-profit industry for over 15 years. The majority of her work has been centered around organizations that provide or support education services. Mrs. Harwell-Young received her Bachelor Degree from Marquette University in the area of Business Administration. She specialized in Marketing and Information Systems. In 2002, she received her M.B.A. from Cardinal Stritch University. Her core competencies include analytical thinking, process improvement and technical writing.
