About Young Guns Studio
Young Guns is a studio that mentors high school and undergraduate students looking to develop their creative practice with the goal of enriching their artistic development and design sensibilities. We refine students’ technical skills through foundational training, and re-frame theoretical approaches. At the core of our studio, we want our students to experience deeper engagement by approaching their practices with an open mind and inward reflection. We focus our attention on actualizing our students’ creative potential by acknowledging their dreams, fears, and vulnerabilities. In turn, students develop a practical and conceptual awareness that will carry into their professional careers and future works.
