About Young People Empowered
YPE is a student-centered organization that empowers young people with the tools and connections they need to build self-efficacy with authenticity and originality. With decades of experience in education, we believe in the effectiveness of goal-setting, self-exploration, and strong relationships. Young People Empowered bridges the gap between skills and available resources for students and parents. We intimately understand the areas that leave students feeling unprepared for, and uncertain of, their futures. We also empathize with parents. It can be exceedingly challenging to seek out trusted sources to help their children navigate the choppy waters of adolescence. That’s why we are here to support parents’ efforts to guide their students toward their potential. We build lasting relationships with students in order to guide their personal and academic paths, all while providing concrete tools, networking, and other resources that help students build the autonomy required to thrive in modern society.
