About Young Politicians' Convention

We are a non-profit organisation aiming to recruit teenagers, high school and college students to learn about political events and candidates to foster youth's political comprehension and participation. Youth's political engagement at the moment is at an all-time low and various different countries face low youth voter turnout, which ends up causing dissatisfaction with elected political candidates all around the world. To solve this, youth must engage with politics. To do that, youth must learn how to. Activities we offer include weekly political discussions and debates on assigned reads about recent political events occurring throughout the world, guest speaker sessions, a podcast, interviews and the ability for teenagers, high school and college students to perform their own research on any social science of their choosing, as well as the ability to write an article about a political event of their choice and publish it on the YPolCon website, the base of most of our operations and services.
