About Young9Foundation
We envision a world where every young person has access to the tools and support they need to prioritize their mental health and thrive in all aspects of their lives. We provide education, resources, and support to help youth manage the unique pressures and challenges both they and their families face. We believe that prioritizing mental health is essential to achieving long-term well-being. Our foundation is committed to providing underrepresented youth with the tools and education necessary to maintain optimal mental wellness. We are also committed to helping break down the stigma around mental health in sports. It’s ok for athletes to not be ok. Through our work, we aim to empower underrepresented youth and young athletes to achieve their full potential.
