About Youngs Physical Therapy & Sports Performance
We are a privately-owned outpatient physical therapy and sports performance clinic with two locations in Greenville NC, and Morehead City, NC. Our primary focus is to live through our motto “Together Stronger” to serve the athletes and active population of our region. We are able to provide comprehensive treatment plans through a collaborative team approach that includes; physical therapy, athletic training, personal fitness, sports performance, Pilates, and recovery services (dry needling, cryo therapy, mental wellness and more). As of 2022, we have partnered with East Carolina University as the Official Physical Therapy Provider of ECU Athletics and provide services to all their student-athletes.
