It can also help you make clearer, faster, and better decisions under pressure Therapists & Coaches – I work in partnership to provide a ‘bottom up’ approach to mental health and wellbeing to complement and provide additional support using a science-backed approach. People in Recovery – I support individuals who are recovering from all forms of addictions, as a recovering addict, I am able to empathize and understand all forms of addiction from substance, work, eating, screen time, over exercising - all of which take their toll.
