About Your Cloud Works
The Your Cloud Works story began in 2010 as an IT support provider, formerly known as Your IT Works. The business was set up by technology guru and entrepreneur, Tony Capewell. After experiencing poor levels of customer service and care in the IT support industry, he knew that there was a better way to help business benefit from technology. Right from the start, we took the importance of the success of our customers very seriously and embedded a customer-centric culture, that survives to this day. The ethos we adopted was unique; in addition to supplying the day-to-day technical support to our customers, we used our expertise to make sure that the IT supporting our clients was not only fit for purpose but balanced current and future requirements with costs, never compromising on the quality of service. At that time, Cloud technology was on the rise and becoming more accessible to the everyday business. We knew that this represented an enormous shift in the IT industry, and would offer our customers new levels of data security, business continuity, and flexibility, all while saving money. That is why in 2011 we refocused the business to become a dedicated Cloud Service Provider. Due to the expertise in our team, in 2015 we were chosen by Google to become a Google for Education Partner and Google Cloud Partner for the delivery of G Suite, Google Cloud, Chrome, and more to businesses and schools. Since then Your Cloud Works has grown to become a leading voice in the industry, supporting businesses all over the world. Even with these recent successes, our team remain focused on delivering the right kind of service for each individual customer, and continue to bring the latest technology to business and schools, such as being chosen as a Google Jamboard Partner, the launch of our dedicated Security Operations Centre (SOC), and Virtual Reality rental kits for the classroom.
