About Your Cycle Matters
Your Cycle Matters is dedicated to revolutionising menstrual health education through holistic, evidence-based approaches that empower young people and their parents. Founded by Rachael Beth Moss, an ex-primary school teacher with specialised training in reproductive health, she bridges the gap between traditional education and comprehensive body literacy. Mission To transform how the world sees, speaks about, and experiences menstrual cycles. Education is power and body literacy is every person's right. For Parents She support parents who want to guide their children through puberty with confidence but may feel uncertain about how to navigate these conversations. Her workshops help develop frameworks for open communication, create meaningful educational moments that strengthen family bonds, and ensure your child develops a healthy relationship with their body from the start. For Educators She provides resources that complement school curriculum whilst creating truly inclusive learning environments, including age-appropriate materials, professional development for staff, and strategies for creating period-positive school cultures. Rachael’s methodology integrates holistic reproductive health principles, fertility awareness education, inclusive language, practical tools for health advocacy, and shame-free, medically accurate information. Rachael's Journey Your Cycle Matters emerged from Rachael's personal experience growing up without comprehensive body literacy. After years of viewing menstruation as something to endure rather than a vital sign of health, discovering Fertility Awareness created a profound shift in understanding. Rachael is currently completing her training as a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner & Fertility Awareness Educator at the Justisse College International. For Period Positivity workshop enquiries, please send a direct message. Together, we can change how the next generation experiences their menstrual cycles.
