I’m a passionate Advanced First Aid Trainer, specialising in delivering Physical and Mental Health First Aid Training to organisations, schools and individuals. After studying nursing and naturopathy, I changed paths to First Aid Training and have never looked back. With more than 14 years of experience in First Aid Training, in 2016, I decided to create 'Your' First Aid Trainer, a Brisbane based organisation specialising in Mental Health First Aid and Physical First Aid training for businesses, schools and everyone in-between. As a Licensed Principle Master Instructor in Mental Health First Aid skills, I am extremely passionate about mental health first aid, and pride myself on giving students the confidence to care.
