About Your Italian Mom

Tourists experience through regional cooking traditions, managed by Original Italian Moms. How does it work: in the morning, the mom takes the tourists in an urban (and tasty) discovery of the city, street markets and grocery shops, during which they buy everything is necessary for the dinner. In the afternoon the tourists and the mom cook together a complete dinner, sharing knowledge and tecniques. At night, after a break, there is the dinner with the mom’s original italian family, where everybody eat what they’ve cooked together. YIM is designed for foreign tourists, but we are imagining mini-tour with moms of different regions for foreign chefs that want to learn in depth old techniques, or, more simply, for young italians that want to know his own country from an original point of view.
