Your Own Place CIC is an award-winning social enterprise preventing homelessness. Everything Your Own Place does starts with values, relationships, quality, impact and trust. From a place of equity, empathy, empowerment and always informed by lived experience, Your Own Place listens and delivers the flexible services that people themselves say they need. With the choice of Pre-tenancy, Community-based and Move-on Money, Tenancy and Cost of Living workshops delivered in Groups and 1-2-1 alongside the option for Train the Trainer skills for your teams, our restorative, participative, coaching and asset-based delivery helps people improve their money, cost of living and housing knowledge, skills, resilience, networks and confidence at any stage of their tenancy journey. Every service Your Own Place delivers takes a highly interactive, engaging, inclusive, fun and neuro-diverse approach. Together we address and draw out the issues that people without a safety net are most impacted by - enabling them to successfully navigate their money, housing and futures, sustain their tenancies - and keep their home.
