About Your Ultimate Side Hustle

In my 20+ year career, I’ve seen it all and done it all when it comes to Real Estate. I’ve achieved #1 in sales in my brokerage, built teams, and closed as many as 17 deals in a month as a lone wolf! Unfortunately, after enjoying several wonderful years of Real Estate, the crash came knocking on my door in late 2007. In February of 2008 I had 11 escrows fail to close... The writing was on the wall, if I wanted to continue my lifestyle, I’d have to make some changes. I took some time away from Real Estate, got married and moved to Spain. It was during this time that I got a taste for traveling all over Europe. But, I found myself with A LOT of extra time on my hands and decided to learn a new skill. I chose trading the financial markets. I read dozens of books, started with stocks, and did pretty well. The problem was I had to tie up large amounts of cash to invest in stocks. Trading stocks was not scalable. Then one day, I read this obscure book about trading margin accounts in Forex. That was it. I was hooked. I began learning as much as I could about how to day trade. I loved the idea of being able to get paid everyday with my new side hustle. Or, I could take the day off. Over time, my side hustle has become my main source of income. My life now consists of traveling the world and trading Forex! Trading is a business just like real estate.
