About Your Wellbeing Warrior

My mission is to make Yoga and Wellbeing practices more accessible to all. I specialise in creating outdoor wellbeing experiences people of all abilities and agilities. Supporting individuals and groups to step into new adventures and introducing mindful practices to adventurous souls. I work with people one-to-one offering Yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Reiki Healing or a combination package depending on individual needs and circumstances. Join a scheduled activity or book a private treatment or group excursion: The Yoga and Sauna Experience in Rosses Point Beach Yoga sessions Strandhill and across county Sligo Hike to Yoga excursions to epic mountain top locations. Bike to Yoga explorations to practice yoga at peaceful unspoilt locations. SUP or Kayak to Scenic inland islands and remote coastlines. One-to-one treatments available Fridays in The Natural Therapies centre, Sligo town. Home visits or online consultation available on request. I am a research scientist and changed careers to the wellbeing sector in 2012. I now have over 10 years’ experience, studying and applying, the practices that support health and wellbeing. I share the scientific understanding of the benefits of each practice through a series of talks and presentations. Book a listed talk or request research into a topic of interest.
