Our Mission: The mission of YEP is to serve youth through personal and community development opportunities that nurture their growth and capacity for change-making. Our Purpose: The purpose of YEP is to facilitate youth empowerment — youth engagement — and youth emergence. Our Vision: The vision of YEP is to leverage strong community partnerships that support youth participants through empowering programming and generational problem-solving. YEP will host programs such as the annual YEP Spring Summit and YEP Conference to develop the next generation of impactful servant leaders.
