About Youth Employment Services (Manitoba)

We provide one on one meetings with employment facilitators to work on resumes, cover letters, interview skills, and anything else we can help with. Our young job seekers are invited to drop in anytime and use our computers, check out our up-do-date job postings, our community resources, and have some of our fabulous snacks! Besides offering free inclusive employment services for youth, Youth Employment Services also partners with other community organizations to maximize the wrap around effect and create all encompassing and inclusive resources for Manitoba's youth. We provide information sessions, job party presentations, mock interviews, job fairs, and are always open to new opportunities to aide youth and/or other youth serving agencies, community centres, and schools. Additionally Youth Employment Services works with employers of various fields, trades, and professions by highlighting organizations, holding presentations and workshops, and are able to pre-screen candidates when seeking future employees. We are passionate about assisting young people in their search for jobs, careers, furthering their education, and reaching any and all goals we can help them achieve. We understand that many Winnipeg youth face strong barriers when it comes to looking for work and preparing for their futures. We are thrilled when we can offer our clients the right tools to knock down those walls and see them reach their ambitions and aspirations.
