About Youth Empowering Girls
Our campaign's main initiative is to empower girls in leadership while providing them with resources to pursue their career interests, specifically in technology and business. A large objective of our movement is to raise awareness to gender inequality issues the workforce. Through our efforts, we hope to lower the gender wage gap while helping create policy changes within the workforce for women, so they can pursue their careers. We also recognize issues that prevent women from gaining education like gender-based violence, so we advocate for reform. Through the process, we hope to inspire young women to be ambitious and resilient, navigating through all the challenges in our society today.
