About Youth For Excellence Association

Established in 1990, Youth For Excellence Association (YFE) is a Canadian not-for-profit corporation specialising in educational research and training. Youth For Excellence Association has a fundamental role to play in helping individuals strengthen their ground and, simultaneously, enhance their employability potential. We do so through the delivery of training programs in communications and leadership. We are developing curricula and designing effective strategies that support researchers in expanding their reach and visibility, and by extension, maximising the impact of their projects. Youth For Excellence Association Brands: The youth three-day leadership series of training programs, comprising Taking Action and Leadership Decisions, specialises in professional skills development, public speaking, and personal growth for high school youth in grades nine through twelve. The adult three- and four-day leadership series of training programs, which comprises The Advantage, The Summit, and Elegant Destiny, is offered through the VICOR International label. Together, we are dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve extraordinary momentum and results by presenting material in innovative, informative, highly energetic, and practical formats—creating competitive edge strategies with academia, civil society, business and youth. Youth For Excellence Association has held training programs in the following cities: Vancouver and Toronto, Canada—Chicago, Seattle and Puerto Rico Territory, USA—Byron Bay, Australia—and Hong Kong, China.
