At Youth Futures we believe that all young people matter, regardless of the circumstances they find themselves in. Driven by this belief, we provide young people with the skills, opportunities, and support they need to break the cycle of disadvantage and to achieve great things. We truly believe that with our support, the possibilities are endless. We have learnt that to break the cycle of poverty and disadvantage requires a holistic approach. Consequently, we offer programs across three core areas; Homelessness, Education, and Support Services. Our passionate team of qualified staff provide young people with a relaxed and non-judgmental environment where they can address their current needs and create a plan for a brighter future. We work from an empowerment model and adopt a strengths-based approach, always acknowledging that each young person we help is an individual with their own story and needs.
