Yuhan-Kimberly is the joint venture between Korea’s Yuhan Corporation and U.S. based Kimberly-Clark. It is established in 1970. It is the leading health and hygiene company in Korea, with a dominant market share in all involved categories such as baby diaper, sanitary napkin, bathroom tissue, etc. Its annual net sales has grown every year, and it was over $1 billion in 2008.
