Yuj Global Holdings represent the personal interests of Sid Yog, Founder and former Managing Partner of emerging markets investment firm Xander Group; Founder of community centric retail real estate company Virtuous Retail; and former Professor at Harvard Business School. Yuj Global Holdings is the sponsor of Yuj Ventures and Yuj Kutumb which make private, public and impact investments, and the Yuj Foundation which supports communities, organizations and initiatives through grant making. Yuj Ventures backs passionate founders building and scaling innovative companies, and entrepreneurs launching and expanding successful franchises in new markets. Yuj Kutumb supports entrepreneurs building or running organizations that provide public goods in a financially sustainable way. Yuj Foundation’s grant making focuses on projects and initiatives run by social entrepreneurs and not-for-profit organizations in three primary areas - education / vocational training, (de)urbanization, and the arts. These represent our Principal’s belief that a better world requires universal access to quality education / vocational training, a sustainable world requires regenerative urbanization and planned de-urbanization, and a civilized world requires more support to the arts that make us human.
