Yulstay was born from the feedback of many investors; at the time, they were all overwhelmed with the process required to make an investment in real estate and all the work that came with the management thereafter. Our team is dedicated to taking over all these tasks and helping our investors achieve even better results. Our experience in the market has allowed us to negotiate better prices for every step in the process ie. purchase prices, notary fees, mortgage rates, etc... We plan to achieve that by focusing on three core elements: 1.
