Little did they know that, when they opened a small restaurant near the campus of Brigham Young University, Casey and Rachel Choi would soon oversee an Asian food mini-empire that stretches across four states. That fantasy is now reality at Yummy's Sushi and BBQ, where chefs prepare signature sushi rolls and nigiri for customers in the dining room and at grocery stores across Utah, Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada. As the name suggests, the shop is also home to sizzling pans of Korean barbecue, as well as Hawaiian-style barbecue inspired by the preparations of the Aloha State.
