YWCA Carlisle's Community Impact programming focuses on racial justice, job readiness and youth empowerment. We work with schools and the community to inspire and educate the next generation of community leaders. Sexual Assault/Rape Crisis Services of Cumberland County strives to provide a supportive atmosphere for victims of sexual violence and their significant others in order to facilitate their healing and empowerment. 24-hour hotline number is 1-888-727-2877. Support services are free and confidential, and include 24-hour hotline, counseling and therapy, advocacy at medical and legal proceedings, protection orders and prevention education programs.
