We are different from the vast majority of software development companies due to our strong focus on quality and our continuous improvement initiatives. Most of our clients come to us with an idea and we work closely with them to expand and refine that idea and turn it into reality as a software system. Sometimes clients already have software that requires major changes to meet their business needs, and we analyze and implement what is needed. We design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and support enterprise scale and enterprise quality software systems for our clients. Our domain focus is primarily Fintech and Embedded Systems development, although we have experience in most domains. We use an onshore/offshore model to provide affordable, high speed software development, with most work done offshore and all work being fully documented using jira/confluence or equivalent. We support all commonly used tech stacks and tools, including full stack java, .NET, and C, C++ and C#. We usually follow agile development methodology, but can use hybrid or waterfall if the client or project requires it. Our typical team includes a technical project manager, software architect, QA architect, devops architect, developers, test engineers, devops engineers, business analyst/s and for larger programs a program manager.
