About ZÁLESÍ

ZÁLESÍ a.s. is a privately owned corporation with 100% Czech capital share. The Company takes a great pride in its longstanding tradition and it plays a key role in various forms on the Czech and European business market since1953. The Company subdivides into the divisions and sectors according to the production and services provided, namely: 1. Injection Moulding and Tool Shop Division Priority of the Tools and Plastics Division is the production of plastic parts by means of an injection technology. The Division has at its disposal its own design and development department as well as tool shop for injection mould production and it is able to provide a complete production of the injected plastic parts including their assembly. The main focus is on the production for the automotive industry. The Tools and Plastics Division has a long standing tradition in the production of plastic caps for tubes. Both departments – the tool shop and the plastic parts production – are equipped with the top production technologies including the two-component injection technology. 2. Metal Works Division Machine tooling has a very long tradition within the Company. Cooperation with significant Czech concerns has brought a gradual development of this industrial sector to the present high technical standard. Production is carried out on high performance automatic machines and CNC metal cutting machine tools. 3. Laminate Tubes Division One of the Company’s principal focuses is the production of laminate tubes for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industry. Part of this production is also the graphic design of the tube and the printing of the laminate foil and labels. ZÁLESÍ a. s. is a holder of ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001:2004 certificates. The Company’s vision is to „Create an efficiently functioning organism open to changes, capable to compete within the demanding domestic and foreign customer and competition environment“.
