About Zap Learning
Zap Learning aims to bring the core subjects of the primary school syllabus to life employing proven scientific methodologies such as spaced repetition in a gamified engaging format. Zap Learning helps students by meeting them at their level of knowledge and progressing them through the entire syllabus. Zap Maths aims to make the students learning journey fun, engaging and encouraging. Zap English and Zap Science are in the works and will be added to the Zap range soon. In late 2018 Trevor Wills from the cutting edge tech company Life Ninja met with Huw Williams from the innovative maths school Multiply Music. They looked at how the power of Life Ninja’s education apps could be used to bring Multiply Music’s highly successful learning methods of rhythm, music, movement and games to all students through mobile apps. Over the course of 2019 the teams worked closely together to reimagine how students could engage meaningfully with maths through technology. After a thorough process of creation, development, and testing, Zap Maths was born, bringing the energy and intensity of Multiply Music’s maths classes to any student anywhere in the world.
