ZAR is a team of professionals providing actuarial, risk management and insurance business consultancy. ZAR is independent: we can look at the activities, the models and the reports of our clients objectively and without any bias. ZAR has been established in 2016, in a deeply transforming insurance market: insurance institutions must compete with the new regulation and competition scenarios. Data are assuming more and more relevance. Technology is changing the ability to interpret relations, requiring the integration of data analytics tools in the business process. Within this framework the approach of ZAR to the professional consulting is directed to help clients in detecting, designing and realizing the projects required to comply with the regulatory constraints and useful to support the business. ZAR bases his work on three fundamental principles: - offer solutions that help clients to transform the cost of compliance in opportunities, achieving efficiency and profitability targets; - provide a tailored support, limiting the use of ready-made solutions only when requested; - transfer the necessary know how to the internal resources for the activities that have a continuous deployment over time. The founding partners of ZAR are directly involved in the consulting activity. They have an extensive experience in the Italian insurance market, gained in multinational insurance groups (Winterthur, Allianz, Uniqa), international advisory networks (PwC, EY). The distinctive element of ZAR is to combine experience in activities with a strong commitment in regulatory requirements (typical of big four audit firms and professional associations), in the customer satisfaction (habit of international consultancy firms), and the knowledge of the insurance business operations.
