Founded in 1994, Zarsion Holdings Group is a fully integrated owner, developer and manager of commercial and residential real estate projects in China. Zarsion is headquartered in Beijing and has grown to 1,200 employees with offices in five cities in China. Since its inception, Zarsion has developed 65 million square feet of commercial and residential projects and is currently developing 10.7 million square feet of real estate projects each year, which includes residential, commercial, educational and mixed-use properties. In 2013, Zarsion launched its international expansion with projects in California and New Jersey. Zarsion America and California-Based Signature Development Group are codeveloping Brooklyn Basin, a 65-acres project along the Oakland, California, waterfront as residential property values rise in the San Francisco region. Upon completion, the Brooklyn Basin development project will host 3,100 residential units, approximately 200,000 square feet of retail and commercial space and a marina with up to 200 boat slips.
