We’re Zataro, a dynamic hospitality group that’s rooted in the Levant, based in London, and inspired by people and flavours that travel far and wide. Our first culinary project dates back to 2016, but that’s not when it all started. Our story begins decades ago, around a kitchen table – because, where we come from, that’s where most stories start. Since we were old enough to bring our own spoon to our mouth, we knew Mediterranean cuisine was one-of-a-kind: because of its many flavours, of course, but also due to its integral role in our cultural heritage. You see, where we come from, gathering people around good food is an art, and a huge part of our identity.
