About ZCON

ZCON is a community-first, IRL experience connecting the changemakers of tomorrow with the brands of today. We want to provide business leaders and stakeholders with the tools and knowledge necessary to better understand young people, so they can meaningfully show up for Gen Z. We launched ZCON in 2023 and hosted the conference in LA for the first time to bring together the community that's been built by JUV Consulting and our partners over the course of the last 8 years as the leading Gen Z consultancy. The first ZCON brought together over 500 intergenerational brand leaders, change makers, business executives, activists, and content creators and featured speakers and influential attendees garnering ~70M organic views. Ever since ZCON, we've been hosting monthly spinoff events called ZCONversations with folks like Overtime in NYC and LA, Keys Soulcare, Tinder, and Snapchat. In addition, we're super pumped about bringing to life the first ever Gen Z takeover of Cannes Lions this summer called ZCANNES! For the last two years, our team has been the youngest folks in the room when it comes to Cannes Lions, and although so many of the conversations in the festival center trends and insights regarding marketing to/reaching diverse young audiences, that's not reflected on stages/in the rooms that make the biggest difference. We're here to change that by bringing together business leaders for a whole day of programming to learn from Gen Z, and including the top voices of actual Gen Z leaders/influencers/entrepreneurs.
