About ZCS
The company was founded in 2006 by Dr. Robert Zamboni, providing medicinal chemistry consulting services to both large and small, pharmaceutical and venture capital firms. In 2010, the company has decided to expand its services to include medicinal chemistry support including custom synthesis. An agreement was reached in September 2010 with McGill University which provides laboratory facilities within the Chemistry Department and full access to its instrumentation such as MS and NMR [Cryo 500MHZ and 800MHZ]. In return, Zamboni Chem Solutions offers consulting services and medicinal chemistry support for the scientists and staff at McGill. The agreement also allows Zamboni Chem Solutions to function as an independent chemistry CRO with the ability to sign and execute Service Agreements. Services will be provided by scientists with more than 25 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry with proven track records. The personnel is fully versed in all aspects of medicinal chemistry and drug development including scale up, radioactive synthesis, formulation and PKDM. ZCS has acquired all the necessary equipment for synthesis including LCQ mass spectrometers, Isco combi flash units, analytical, prep HPLC and large scale rotavapor system.
