Our retail funds Public and Industrial are intended for investors from the Czech Republic. ZDR Public - A retail fund open to all types of investors, established in October 2019. It allows the general public to appreciate their funds from low amounts and brings an attractive option to invest in real estate without the need for direct ownership and management. ZDR Industrial - The Group's newest fund is open to the general public. As part of the collective investment, shareholders have the opportunity to participate in a portfolio of long-term leasehold properties of smaller size for production and storage. The fund was launched in September 2022 and three months later, in December 2022, the first property was acquired into the fund.
