Zdrowy Kształt S.C is a knowledge-related and health-related organisation whose overriding mission is to implement educational and psychotherapeutic activities related to emotional intelligence, mindfulness, work-life balance, stress-related disorders, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders as well as personality disorders and addictions. The team also helps people with mental and intellectual disabilities to overcome any barriers they face, so that they can fully participate in society. In a holistic way Zdrowy Kształt deals with every person who wants to live consciously and in harmony with their own values and beliefs. The institution promote a lifestyle medicine. A very important aspect is the comprehensive treatment of overweight and obesity, eating disorders, diet therapy and nutritional treatment, supported by psychotherapeutic and dietary consultations, motivational and psycho-educational activities. Zdrowy Kształt works on the basis of innovative educational and therapeutic programs, uses independently prepared, effective educational tools and materials, techniques and programs, providing a holistic approach to the problem. It supports learning process and development of life and social skills. Zdrowy Kształt activates to stimulate their intellectual and psychophysical fitness, inspire to act, to work on change. Individual and group activities are offered, including thematic workshops, training activities, so-called meetings with the conversation, educational and therapeutic sessions, practical activities, meetings with experts, professionals and practitioners. The organization is situated in central Poland, in beautiful countryside of Nieborów area where anyone can experience and learn how to get the best of one to learn how to get the best of one’s time and opportunities. The area is rich in cultural sites, local traditions and sport facilities.
