The Zell Group has been a trusted partner of industry for more than 25 years, constantly creating new solutions through its two divisions: "ZELL System Technology" and "ZELL Surface Technology". Our customers are at home in the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and medical technology. "ZELL System Technology" develops and supplies carrier systems and clips that enable manufactured parts to be transported, cleaned, washed and hardened with utmost precision. We help hundreds of companies throughout Europe to robotize and increasingly automate production processes. We design all our own systems. Our "ZELL Surface Technology" division specializes in providing high-performance metallic surfaces for critical components. Blasting pressures of up to 3,000 bar are not uncommon for components treated by us. Our precision blasting processes cover a broad spectrum – from deburring to the introduction of residual stress and material compression (shot peening). We develop tailor-made processes and equipment together with our customers in order to best meet their requirements. We are experts in mass production and are a reliable link in time-critical supply chains.
