Our »ZELL Surface Technology« division specializes in providing high-performance metallic surfaces for critical components. Blasting pressures of up to 3,000 bar are not uncommon for components treated by us. Our precision blasting processes cover a broad spectrum – from deburring to the introduction of residual stress and material compression (shot peening). We develop tailor-made processes and equipment together with our customers in order to best meet their requirements. We are experts in mass production and are a reliable link in time-critical supply chains.
