My work is rooted in psychosocial therapy and shaped by collaboration, care, and respect. Sessions are gentle, honest, and adapted to your needs. Where helpful, we may include integrative practices to support emotional regulation and nervous system balance, such as: • Breathwork & pranayama • Tapping (EFT/TFT) • Mindfulness & guided rest • Trauma-informed movement • Creative tools (art, music, reflection) • Aromatherapy & sensory grounding • Laughter Yoga — when it fits No pressure, no performance — just steady, real support at your pace. Sessions are available in English, Dutch, or French, online or in person. I work with local and international clients.
