A virtual and in-person (*AR only) mental health therapy practice rooted in NWA and serving all of Arkansas & Colorado. Zenish Counseling provides specialized and individualized therapy for individuals looking for streamlined processing and relief through therapy intensives for processing, growth and healing. Specialized in helping people with trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, navigating singlehood, relationship navigation/healing, and nervous system regulation. Zenish Counseling is here for when you feel like you have hit a wall in therapy, yet know there is more work and healing that is needed. We move beyond talk therapy and get to the core needs in a streamlined process using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.), integrative approaches, mindfulness, and individualized treatment. We offer therapy intensives that provide streamlined relief and progress. Intensives are individualized in treatment and length with most intensives ranging from 3-6 hours. Many people reach their goals within one-two intensives. *Limited ongoing weekly/bi-weekly spots offered.
