Ogu. Dr. Ogu is a Fellowship-Trained Clinical and Forensic Neuropsychologist, and a Certified Adult Forensic Examiner for the State of Florida. She obtained her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Dr. Ogu completed her APA accredited internship in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology at the Chillicothe Veterans Affairs Medical Center (Ohio), and completed her AABN-recognized postdoctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology with a sub-specialty in Forensic Neuropsychology with Suncoast Neuropsychology (Florida). Dr. Ogu's primary clinical interests lie in the functional assessment and diagnosis of neurological impairment, and her forensic interests center on criminal and civil forensic evaluations of older juveniles and adults. Dr. Ogu is one of the few Fellowship-Trained Neuropsychologists privileged to have received formal training in Forensic Neuropsychology at the post-doctoral level. Throughout her training and career, Dr. Ogu has gained experience working with a wide range of individuals and an even wider range of clinical and forensic referral problems and questions, including but not limited to: neurocognitive decline, brain injury assessments, civil cases concerning personal injury, criminal cases concerning serious violent crimes punishable by life in prison or the death penalty, determination of criminal competencies and sanity evaluations, criminal risk assessments, assessment of civil capacities of the elderly, etc. Zenith Neuropsychology also provides consultation on a wide range of psycholegal matters. Dr. Ogu currently operates Zenith Neuropsychology in Tampa Bay, Florida.
